Olympic Swimmer visits EBC

Today Olympic Swimmer and Commonwealth Gold Medallist, Chris Cook, visited EBC and coached the school's sporting SUPERSTARS. Chris started his day in the pool with a training session for the college's top swimmers. He then worked with 15 boys who had been chosen to represent their year in a college SUPERSTARS competition.
Chris is working as a Sky Sports Mentor in partnership with the Youth Sports Trust and works with young people to inspire them to aim for the success he achieved during his sporting career.
"I really enjoyed working with the boys at EBC. We've been talking about dreams and aspirations and about how to convert that energy and enthusiasm they all have into positive steps," Chris said during his visit.
