Judo volunteer award

EBC Sixth Form student, Ryan Gordon has been recognised by the British Judo Association for voluntary work he does as a referee in the sport. Ryan was awarded the title of Young Official of the Year at the BJA's Volunteer Awards dinner in October 2011

Congratulations to Aaron Mahoney-Jones in Year 9 who has been selected to become a member fo the England Judo Programme for 2011/12. Aaron will attend a series of England Squad Training events throughout the year and may also get the opportunity to take part in competitions and events in the UK and abroad.
