Well done to the Yellow Tie students who made it through to the regional final (Southern) of the Lionheart Challenge held at Harrow School on 11th July. The Ernest Bevin College students were in contention for the overall prize and came away with a special award for the best product.

The Judges commended the team for a very passionate presentation, an innovative and cost effective product, very good teamwork, very thorough research and effectively using the expertise that was available to them on the day. The brief was to design a product to be used by paramedics and the emergency services and the boys were able to quiz a number of experts in the field to come up with their final design and product.
