Complaints

As part of our commitment to all our students we welcome feedback to identify areas for improvement and aim to resolve any issues that arise quickly.

Please raise any problems or suggestions as soon as possible with the Head of Year, Deputy Head of Year, Head of Department or any member of staff so that simple mistakes and misunderstandings can be resolved immediately. You can do this via telephone, email or in writing.
