Teachers Lisa Baum and Dale Dappah spent the summer cycling to the Arctic Circle.They left from EBC in South London on Friday 15 July and cycled over 1500 miles in 36 days. They described the conditions as challenging (it was the wettest summer in Norway since the 1950s) but the scenery as stunning. To find out more visit their website

The aim of the expedition is to inspire students at the college to broaden their horizons and to encourage students to cycle to school. They are also raising money for two charities, the South London Motor Neurone Trust and Teenage Cancer Trust.
