Enterprise Day

Each year students take part in various Enterprise Challenge events to help gain an insight into the world of business. The idea is that students work together in teams, brainstorm ideas and come up with a product within the brief of costings.

Enterprise Challenge

 

Year 10s have already taken part in an Enterprise Challenge Day in December developing an idea for a new bar of soap, calculating manufacturing costs and profit margins. They also had to develop a marketing strategy and brand name for the finished product.

In February they will take part in the Lionheart Challenge which aims to further develop business skills.
